Wireframe sprint

Often what a process promises on paper doesn't match what actually happens day to day. Departments mean slightly different things by the same word, and small workarounds keep operations running. When a digital product is meant to land here, exactly this gap becomes the problem.

That's why we start with the workflow itself. With journey mapping we map how a case moves through people, departments and systems – digital and analogue. The result is a shared overview with handover points and a consistent set of terms. It shows where work happens twice and where dependencies are hidden.

Once the workflow is clear, we shape it in the interface. User journey maps and wireframes make the idea tangible, or they show the state of an existing app and create a basis for discussion. How detailed this gets we define together at the start: a rough sketch for management, an elaborated draft for the technical department. You decide how deep it goes. As soon as the wireframes need to become a testable prototype, the Lean UX Sprint takes over.

We work proactively, get up to speed quickly and bring an unbiased perspective to your product. We adapt to your team – for small sub-tasks as well as for complex projects, remotely or at your site.

We'll be happy to advise you on where to start: with the workflow or already with the interface. A short conversation is usually enough to clarify that.
