Two gold and two silver awards for Uepaa at the Best of Swiss Apps

The annual award night of Best of Swiss Apps and Best of Swiss Software took place on 19 November 2024. The Uepaa app was honoured with two gold awards in the ‘Business Impact’ and ‘Innovation’ categories. The app was also honoured with silver in the ‘User Experience’ and ‘Functionality’ categories.

The jury praised the Uepaa app's advanced solution for protecting lone workers, which ensures the highest safety standards even in the most demanding working environments. The intuitive user guidance and the successful transfer of expertise from mountaineering protection systems to occupational safety were particularly emphasised. The app offers life-saving functions such as a digital dead man's function, 24/7 emergency call, first responder search and precise localisation.

We at Milk Interactive are proud to have developed the Uepaa app and are delighted that our work has been recognised with these prestigious awards.

We would like to thank Uepaa AG wholeheartedly for the trust they have placed in us. What started with a small bug fix in the Android app has grown into a mutually enriching collaboration in 2024, has resulted in a now award-winning redesign and will be further deepened in 2025. Because the work is not done yet. In 2025, we will realise further interesting features such as widgets, live activities and an app for smartwatches for Uepaa.
